Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with a healthcare organization to identify a Benefits & LOA Specialist to join on a 3–6 month contract, with potential for contract-to-hire. This role emphasizes leave administration, benefits coordination, and high-volume case management across states.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years HR support experience with 2+ years in Benefits and LOA, and comfort managing time-sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR support experience including benefits and LOA.
• Experience handling leaves across multiple states and ADA coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high-volume case management.
• Experience with Workday, Unum or Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume employee leave requests across multiple states.
• Guide employees through leave processes and return-to-work.
• Coordinate with benefits providers and payroll on leave and deductions.
• Support ADA accommodations and workers' comp coordination.
• Maintain accurate case notes and confidentiality in HRIS.
