Job summary

Lockton Companies via BCInsourcing seeks a Leave Benefits Coordinator to support life-cycle LOA services for client HR teams. This fully remote role requires 2–4 years LOA experience, strong communication, HIPAA awareness, and HRIS/CRM proficiency.

You will liaise with HR, carriers, and vendors, manage leave processes, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, USERRA and related laws. Competitive benefits and vacation accrual offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of LOA process experience required.
• Proficient with HRIS/CRM systems and client relationships.
• Strong communication and ability to handle deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represents BCInsourcing as an ambassador to the client and maintains rapport.
• Acts as liaison between HR, employees, carriers, and vendors.
• Follows client leave programs and applicable laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, HIPAA).
• Communicates leave status and answers questions; escalates issues as needed.
• Manages leave workflow, billing, and data reporting; ensures HIPAA compliance.
