Job summary

ResiHome, part of RESICAP’s Property Management division, is hiring a W2 Leasing Agent. This role is 100% remote with 15%–25% property visits.

You will be the initial contact for prospective residents, qualify leads, and guide applicants through the leasing process while building relationships. Requirements include broker licensure or active broker status, a BA or Associate degree preferred, and strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Broker license required or active broker status.
• BA or Associate degree preferred.
• New Home Experience preferred but not required.
• Top Lead Conversion experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for prospective residents.
• Qualify and sell property features to prospective residents.
• Manage leasing and application process for new residents.
• Respond to inquiries, determine needs, and create urgency to apply.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers.
• Utilize strong administrative and computer skills to manage lease files and paperwork.
• Be knowledgeable about the community and local area (schools, employers, dining, etc.).
