ResiHome in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a 100% remote 1099 Leasing Agent who can visit properties 15-25% of the time. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, qualify and sell the features of properties, and manage the leasing and application process.

Strong communication, broker licensing, and lead-conversion experience are essential. Responsibilities include building new relationships, diffusing difficult situations, and maintaining organized lease files using MS

Qualifications

• Licensed broker or active broker role.
• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
• Strong lead conversion experience and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Remote leasing activities with periodic property visits.
• Serve as first contact for prospective residents.
• Explain property features and qualify prospects.
• Manage leasing and application process for new residents.
