Job summary

RESICAP is seeking a Leasing Agent for a 100% remote role with periodic property visits. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, qualify leads, and guide applicants through leasing and the approval process.

Excellent communication and a knack for building relationships are essential to succeed in this fast-growing team. You will leverage your real estate license (broker-eligible) and strong Microsoft Office skills to manage files, marketing tasks, and resident communications

Qualifications

• Active real estate license or broker license required.
• BA or AS degree preferred.
• Experience with new homes and lead conversion is valued.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with prospective residents.
• Qualify and sell the property’s features to prospects.
• Manage leasing and application processes with new residents.
• Quickly determine customer needs and create urgency to apply.
• Foster relationships and maintain a customer-friendly approach.
• Diffuse and resolve difficult situations while nurturing relationships.
• Handle lease files, paperwork, and computer systems tasks.
• Be knowledgeable about the community, schools, employers, and local amenities.
