Job summary

ResiHome, a RESICAP property management division, is seeking a 1099 Leasing Agent in Dallas, TX. You will remotely handle inquiries, qualify leads, and guide applicants through the leasing and application process while visiting properties 15–25% of the time.

You’ll be the main point of contact for prospective residents, must be licensed or a Broker, and bring strong communication, math, and computer skills to effectively showcase communities and close leases.

Qualifications

• Requires license under a Broker or active Broker license.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present and qualify prospects.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, with 15%-25% of time visiting properties.
• Be the first contact for prospective residents and qualify their needs.
• Explain features and benefits to drive applications and leases.
• Manage leasing and application process with new residents.
• Build relationships and maintain a customer-friendly approach while resolving issues.
• Maintain lease files and update paperwork and systems; perform marketing/advertising tasks.
• Know the community and surrounding area, including schools and employers.
