Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Lease Administration Analyst to support a premier client in the Financial & Professional Services sector. This remote position is based in the Pittsburgh area and focuses on ensuring the accuracy of lease administration and financial data across a large real estate portfolio.

You will review invoices, audit data, maintain lease information in client systems, interpret lease terms, perform lease abstractions, and produce timely reports to meet KPIs for data quality and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevantexperience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data, invoices, and lease documents.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including working with formulas, sorting, filtering, and reviewing data.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process invoices to ensure accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with lease terms.
• Audit and maintain lease administration data, ensuring information is entered accurately across databases.
• Review lease documents and amendments, interpret key business and financial terms, and complete lease abstractions.
• Compare operating expense and tax reconciliation statements, verifying charges align with lease provisions.
• Perform lease audits and detailed reviews, request supporting documentation, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to audit findings and lease administration activities.
