Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a remote team and oversee lease administration for major accounts. You will manage client implementations, ensure data integrity, and guide analysts across multiple accounts while upholding Colliers’ standards and playbooks.

The role requires 7+ years in CRE lease administration or related fields, strong database proficiency, and excellent client-facing skills. Compensation ranges are listed with a national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or accounting/property management.
• Experience with multiple CRE databases (CoStar, Yardi, Apex, ProLease, Virtual Lease).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work remotely and manage teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Lease Administration teams and client implementations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and brokers on lease matters.
• Oversee lease abstraction, data entry, and quality control.
• Prepare and review rental obligations, CAM, operating expenses, taxes, and insurance payments.
• Mentor Lease Analysts and ensure adherence to client standards and playbooks.
• Report portfolio updates and KPIs to clients with governance programs.
