Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support third-party and digital learning resources used in academic programs.

You’ll act as a liaison among faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective, aligned to curriculum and goals. Remote position with flexible collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Experience with managing multiple priorities and projects.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage third-party and digital learning resources used in academic programs.
• Serve as liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore; ensure accuracy and accessibility of resources.
• Align resources with curriculum and institutional goals; analyze data and report to leadership.
