Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University offers a remote opportunity for a Learning Resources Vendor Associate. You will support third-party and digital learning resources across online programs, liaising with faculty, internal partners, vendors and the online bookstore.

The role emphasizes accuracy, accessibility, cost-effectiveness and alignment with curriculum. You will report to the Director of Learning Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience for bookstore operations; 3 years for vendor management and program development.
• Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• Project management skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, internal partners, vendors, and online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable and cost-effective.
• Align resources with curriculum and institutional goals and report to the Director of Learning Resources.
• Blend operations, vendor management, data analysis and cross-team collaboration to enhance online learning environments.
