Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support third-party and digital learning resources that back our academic programs. This remote role coordinates with faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore, and reports to the Director of Learning Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable: Yes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• You will be an important liaison between faculty, internal academic partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• You'll ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with curriculum and institutional goals.
• You will blend operational execution, vendor relationship management, data analysis, and collaboration to enhance the student and faculty experience across online learning environments.
