Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that support academic programs.

This remote role blends vendor management, data analysis, and collaboration with faculty, partners, and the online bookstore to ensure resources meet curriculum goals. You will report to the Director of Learning Resources and help create scalable, accessible learning experiences for students and instructors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in learning resources bookstore operations.
• 3 years of experience in learning resource vendor management and program development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Analyze data and collaborate to enhance student and faculty experience across online learning environments.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
