Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University seeks a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that back academic programs. This remote role connects faculty, internal partners and vendors to ensure resources align with curriculum and goals.

You'll blend operations, vendor management, data analysis, and cross-team collaboration to improve student and faculty experiences across online learning platforms, reporting to the Director of Learning

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in learning resource bookstore operations and service support
• 3 years of experience in learning resource vendor management and program development
• Equivalent experience in lieu of degree acceptable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning technologies and LMSs

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, vendors and the online bookstore
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective
• Collaborate to enhance the student and faculty experience across online learning environments
