Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Learning Resources Vendor Associate to support and manage third-party and digital learning resources that support academic programs. This role emphasizes collaboration across faculties, vendors, and the online bookstore to ensure resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.

You will blend operational execution, vendor relationship management, data analysis, and cross-department collaboration to enhance the student and faculty

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in managing learning resources or bookstore operations is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with learning technologies and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between faculty, internal partners, vendors, and the online bookstore.
• Ensure learning resources are accurate, accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
• Blend operational execution with vendor management and data analysis to enhance student and faculty experience.
• Report to the Director of Learning Resources.
