Job summary

Hydrogen UK Ltd is seeking a Learning Project Manager to lead learning programs and portfolios across the Enterprise Learning & Development organization. You will guide strategic direction to ensure safe, compliant knowledge across the company.

You will coordinate multiple learning initiatives, collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and business leaders, and drive data-driven improvements to training outcomes and curricula.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience coordinating or managing small to medium projects or product workstreams (1–3 years).
• Experience overseeing training initiatives across diverse operating units.
• Experience assessing training effectiveness, identifying performance gaps, and reporting outcomes.
• Experience maintaining and developing training curricula aligned with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing project requirements, implementation roadmaps, schedules and deliverables.
• Experience collaborating with business leaders, SMEs, instructional designers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience making data-driven recommendations and executing complex initiatives.
• Experience with regulatory and operational challenges within electric utility or similarly regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of training programs across multiple organizational units and assess program effectiveness.
• Evaluate training outcomes, identify gaps, and report findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of training curricula and support development of new programs.
• Ensure learning content remains accurate and aligned with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Gather and define training project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, schedules and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and develop solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• Provide training recommendations to business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data and project outcomes to develop actionable recommendations.
• Support automation initiatives to promote regulatory compliance.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and align operations across units.
• Report findings to regulatory and business stakeholders.
