Job summary

ASME is seeking a Product Manager, Learning Experience, to optimize and develop high-quality learning products including courses, credentials, and programs, supporting growth and improved customer experience for a global L&D solution. The role partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors, contractors, and subject matter experts.

The candidate will monitor learner and market data, inform roadmap adjustments, and identify opportunities to increase customer success and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 5+ years in Product Management or related field.
• Experience with instructional design, development and implementation of learning and development materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor, review and analyze learner and market data.
• Make recommendations on product development, maintenance, optimization; and continuously rationalize the product portfolio and sunsets as necessary.
• Identify target customers and their goals, motivation, preferences, and channels to market.
• Craft learner personas and their job map based on pain points and needs assessment.
• Coordinate with strategy office and teams to estimate market sizing and opportunities.
• Identify and prioritize product opportunities and value propositions.
• Maintain a strategic roadmap for the learning experience, supply chain.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to articulate messaging and audience for all products.
