Job summary

Hydrogen UK Ltd seeks a Senior Analyst, Project Management to drive scalable processes, tools, reporting and governance for product launches and initiatives. You will partner across Inventory Management, Sales Ops, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT and other stakeholders, owning launch tracking and executive reporting.

You will support planning, execution and post-launch reviews, while mitigating risks and delivering insights to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5-7 years of experience in business operations, commercial operations, project management or related fields.
Direct product launch experience preferred.
Open to candidates from any industry; medical device background is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain product launch governance tools, trackers, timelines, and templates.
Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness activities and monitor dependencies.
Support launch planning, execution, post-launch review, and issue escalation.
Identify and mitigate risks impacting launch timing and site activation.
Develop dashboards and executive reporting on launch readiness and adoption.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvements.
Deliver actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Support training, change management, and stakeholder communication.
