Job summary

Edged Data Centers is seeking a Learning Program Manager for Operations, Construction, and EHS to design, implement, and continuously improve training across data center operations, construction, commissioning, and EHS. You will partner with site leaders and SMEs to identify needs, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a robust learning catalog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years experience in training programs within data centers, construction, or EHS.
• Experience developing scalable, practical training content with SME collaboration.
• Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for program improvement through gap analyses.
• Plan and implement training improvements using metrics.
• Collaborate with site operations, construction, and EHS to ensure compliance.
• Maintain learning catalog and site-specific training needs.
• Develop program support for project management and commissioning functions.
• Ensure training governance and audit readiness.
• Deliver in-person training to support process adoption.
