Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing projects, programs, or contracts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources with formal tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across all organizational levels.
• Experience with business readiness, including stakeholder analysis, change management, training, and communications.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale, enterprise-wide safety projects and initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
• Develop strategic objectives, roadmaps, and execution plans for complex, high-visibility programs.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Perform project analysis, develop business cases, and conduct risk assessments with mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Lead cross-functional teams from project initiation through completion, driving accountability and results.
• Coordinate and execute business readiness activities, including change management, training, and communications.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and performance metrics to leadership.
