The role manages structured proficiency lanes, coordinates delivery and stakeholders, and tracks progress through benchmarking and metrics.

The position is an 18-month contract (W2) with a remote-first approach and approximately 15% onsite in Irwindale, CA.

Qualifications

5+ years of project or programme management experience.
Background in learning and development is a plus but not required.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day execution of large-scale digital fluency and leadership development projects.
Build structured proficiency lanes from foundation to advanced level.
Support deployment, facilitation coordination and learning operations for a leadership upskilling programme.
Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Track progress with benchmarking, metrics and evaluation reporting.
Prepare executive-ready decks and communications.
Lead meetings, decisions, and action-item follow-ups.
Occasional in-person kickoff/events with ~15% onsite.
