Job summary

Corewell Health Southfield is seeking a Learning & Development professional to contribute to the lifecycle design, delivery, and maintenance of core corporate programs across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to structure programs for diverse leader profiles and audiences, ensuring they are executed within scope, time, and resources to deliver strong learning experiences system-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning and Development or related field.
• 5 years of facilitation or learning and development experience demonstrated through work, training, military, or education.
• 5 years of project management, learning program management, or coordination of large initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to implement programs at scale.
• Coordinate with Learning colleagues to assess, plan, deploy and iterate learning designs.
• Ensure readiness targets and regulatory standards are met across programs.
• Drive complete program lifecycle from nominations to enrollment, live sessions, and sustainment.
