Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Senior Manager of Training Operations & Learning Systems to own the governance and administration of Seismic Learning and related platforms. You will partner with IT, Compliance, HR, and regional teams to scale a global learning ecosystem, manage curricula, and lead certifications, translations, and analytics.

You will drive optimization of content production, learning pathways, and calendar planning while ensuring data privacy and regulatory requirements are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in LMS administration or learning operations.
• Hands-on experience administering an enterprise LMS such as Seismic Learning or similar.
• Experience managing training calendars, events, certifications, and reporting.
• Experience coordinating multilingual content and global learning programs.
• Strong project-management, organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple global workstreams with operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, governance, and operational management of Seismic Learning and related learning technologies.
• Maintain curriculum infrastructure, content lifecycle, translations, and version control.
• Oversee global training calendars, events, and readiness certifications.
• Administer certifications, milestones, and readiness documentation with manager sign-offs.
• Manage localization, privacy, and compliance coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Develop reporting for learner engagement, completion, and content utilization.
• Drive automation and scalable procedures for LMS management and vendor coordination.
