Job summary

SHRM is seeking a Learning Solutions Product Manager to drive development, delivery, and continuous improvement of SHRM’s professional learning products. This role translates approved product strategies, customer needs, and validated concepts into high-quality, scalable learning experiences for HR professionals and organizations.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive experience in product management or related fields.
• Experience translating customer and learner needs into requirements and scalable offerings.
• Experience managing products through multiple lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved concepts and strategies into clear product requirements and launch-ready offerings.
• Lead development and launch of learning products addressing audience needs and objectives.
• Define milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with instructional design, subject matter experts, instructors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across Marketing, Audience, Technology/LXP, Operations, and Sales.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive resolution for timely launches.
• Manage ongoing performance and enhancements across the product lifecycle.
