Qualifications

• Experience managing learning programs end to end (training, enablement, onboarding).
• Strong instructional design skills: needs analysis, objectives, curricula, and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience with accounting or bookkeeping software.
• Located on the US East Coast or able to work Eastern Time hours to align with overseas teams.

Responsibilities

• Keep international programs aligned with US training updates across UK, Canada, and Australia.
• Design learning journeys, curricula, and course outlines for international learners.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to update content and ensure accuracy.
• Manage updates from intake to launch using project trackers and checklists.
• Track metrics across regions and report progress to leadership.
