Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Learning Experience Designer for a remote, 6-month contract. You will develop and maintain digital training materials, apply instructional design methodologies, and manage projects from inception to delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in instructional design and learning content development.
Proficiency in LMS administration and user management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of multimedia design and development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, design, publish, update, and maintain digital training materials and assets.
Apply instructional design methodologies, including storyboarding, scripting, narrating, recording, and graphic design.
Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives.
Convert instructor-led training into engaging online courses, webinars, or self-guided modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to support the delivery of live and digital training programs.
