Job summary

Global Education Lab delivers Cambridge immersion programmes to a growing US audience of students, educators, and executives. The role focuses on delivering white-glove client success and programme coordination for US families, with remote work in US hours.

We seek 2–5 years’ experience in client success, admissions support, or program coordination, plus strong written communication for parent and administrator audiences. Remote-first with occasional travel to Cambridge.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in client success, admissions support, or program coordination.
• Exceptional written and phone communication with parent/administrator audiences.
• Highly organized with strong multi-stakeholder follow-through.

Responsibilities

• You will be the American voice of GEL from enrolment through alumni.
• Guide enrolled US families through pre-departure: documentation, travel guidance, preparation webinars, expectation setting.
• Support institutional clients — schools and universities sending cohorts — with rosters, parent sessions, and administrative coordination.
• Handle US-hours enquiries and escalations with warmth and precision; coordinate resolutions with UK/India delivery teams.
• Maintain CRM records and produce client health reports.
• Support US BD with renewal groundwork and referral generation.
