Job summary

CapeTalent is seeking an experienced Learning Program Manager (Remote) to align QuickBooks International training with US programs across the UK, Canada, and Australia. You will identify gaps, coordinate updates with instructional designers, and manage timelines across time zones.

The role requires hands-on QuickBooks experience, 5+ years in cross-functional program management, and ET hours alignment with overseas teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Learning Program Manager (or equivalent) managing learning programs end to end.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Located on US East Coast, or able to consistently work Eastern Time hours to align with overseas team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to US training programs and assess impact on international programs.
• Conduct gap analyses between US and international programs and identify content updates.
• Translate gaps into update requests for Instructional Design team with context and success criteria.
• Own end-to-end update cycle: intake, prioritization, scheduling, tracking, review, launch.
