Qualifications

• Internal consultation with leadership and teams.
• Corporate training design and delivery for senior leadership.
• Stakeholder collaboration across multi-site organizations.
• Experience with leadership development solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements leadership and management development programs aligned to business goals.
• Serves as a consultant to executives to identify training needs and measure outcomes.
• Partners with leaders on talent review, succession planning, and development actions.
• Facilitates organizational development and change initiatives with coaching support.
• Communicates with stakeholders to ensure effective deployment of content.
