Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a Learning Business Partner I for Leadership Development to design and implement scalable curricula aligned to leadership competencies. You will work with organizational development partners to align deliverables with divisional priorities, maximizing leadership growth across the organization.

This primarily remote role requires occasional onsite reporting in Morrisville/Mecklenburg, NC, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology, Sociology, or related field, and three years of experience in training or organizational development.
• ATD Certification is a preferred credential for the candidate.
• Assessment certifications: Working Genius, SLII, EQ, DISC are desirable for the role.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Admin & Operations: Schedule, coordinate, and administer training events; support leadership development programs.
• Communication & Marketing: Create internal communications and marketing strategies; maintain SharePoint resources and disseminate opportunities.
• Training Support: Design and create curricula and resources; deliver live virtual and in-person training; support onboarding programs.
• Evaluation & Reporting: Create, deliver, and report on training and engagement surveys; monitor metrics and insights.
• Assessment Management: Manage assessment platforms and distribute assessments to leaders and teams.
• Platform Administration: Maintain leadership development platforms (e.g., Leadr); curate courses and update LMS content; provide technical support.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Engage leaders via multiple channels; collaborate with ODL and POD teams; align with Leadership Development Manager offerings.
• Professional Development: Stay current with best practices; pursue ATD credentialing.
