Job summary

Alliance Health seeks a Learning Business Partner I for Leadership Development. This primarily remote role will coordinate scalable leadership curricula and administer programs to align with divisional priorities.

You will support online resources and evaluate effectiveness to drive growth and performance across leaders at all levels. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience, with occasional on-site reporting in Morrisville or Mecklenburg, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Development or related field and 3 years of training/OD experience.
• Experience designing scalable training curricula aligned to leadership competencies.
• Ability to evaluate training impact and report outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer scheduling, coordination, and delivery of leadership development training.
• Create internal communications and marketing strategies for development opportunities.
• Design curricula and resources for instructor-led and e-learning modules.
• Oversee evaluation, surveys, and monthly reporting of training and engagement.
• Manage assessment platforms and coordinate delivery to leaders and teams.
• Maintain and configure Leadership Development platforms (e.g., Leadr, SharePoint).
• Provide technical support for live trainings and interact with leaders to build trust.
• Collaborate with ODL and POD teams to maximize program impact.
