Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, or a related field.
• 10 years corporate-level experience with at least 3 years designing and delivering learning and leadership development solutions.
• 5–7 years in learning and development with people management experience.
• Experience designing and delivering corporate and field-location learning programs.
• Expertise in modern e-learning technologies and tools for digital and in-person modalities.
• Strong leadership, consulting, and coaching skills.
• Experience overseeing Learning Management Systems.
• Strong end-to-end project and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with company goals and employee growth.
• Lead and manage the Learning & Development team with supervision, guidance, and support.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to evaluate training needs and priorities.
• Partner with subject matter experts to support instructional design, reporting, and delivery of compliance courses.
• Design, implement, and manage innovative learning programs (workshops, e-learning, videos, materials).
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (department heads, HR partners).
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the learning experience via feedback and continuous improvements.
• Identify and manage vendors and external partners to enhance learning experiences.
• Manage learning offerings budget and ensure spend aligns with projections.
• Stay current on talent management trends and share insights across HR.
