Job summary

RTX is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to shape, test, and govern SAP S/4HANA learning content for a company-wide rollout. You will craft end-to-end journeys blending virtual sessions, self-paced modules, and hands-on practice, ensuring accessibility and alignment with program milestones.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in instructional design, with proficiency in Articulate 360, Captivate, WalkMe, and SAP Enable Now. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or Advanced Degree with substantial experience.
• Experience leading learning design for large ERP implementations (prefer SAP S/4HANA).
• Proven ability to craft self-paced eLearning and hands-on practice experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, user-centered learning experiences for SAP S/4HANA rollout.
• Provide governance for learning content design across multiple workstreams.
• Develop end-to-end learning journeys with varied modalities and simulations.
• Collaborate with third‑party and internal teams to ensure consistency.
