Job summary

RTX is seeking a remote Learning Experience Designer to support the SAP S/4HANA rollout across the enterprise. Design end-to-end learning journeys blending virtual sessions, self-paced learning, and hands-on practice to drive system adoption.

Collaborate with PST Learning Lead, content developers, WalkMe teams, and Change Management to ensure aligned, high-quality content that meets branding and accessibility standards. Travel up to 25% for deployment milestones.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience with instructional design or learning experience desig.n
• Provide design leadership or governance across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user learning journeys that blend virtual learning sessions, self-paced learning, and hands-on practice to support adoption of SAP S/4HANA and related boundary systems.
• Provide design oversight for the development of learning content, including virtual session materials, self-paced eLearning, simulations, WalkMe-enabled practice, and knowledge checks.
• Apply adult learning principles and learning experience design best practices to create engaging, effective, and role-based learning experiences.
• Review learning materials for accuracy, clarity, usability, and alignment with program objectives.
• Step in to develop or refine learning content when additional capacity or specialized expertise is required.
