Job summary

The Learning Experience Designer role at THE PEEK VISION FOUNDATION sits in the Training & Support department and focuses on creating scalable, learner-centered learning experiences for partners and customers. You will turn SME content into effective LMS and in-app guidance, aligning with accessibility and multilingual needs.

You will collaborate with product design and enablement leads to ensure onboarding, product adoption and capability development across a global user base, while travelling

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning Experience Design or Curriculum Design and a teaching background.
• Proven ability to translate SME content into learner-centred experiences.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and accessible design standards.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital, blended and face-to-face learning experiences to improve adoption.
• Translate technical content into learner journeys and enable scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with product design, translation services and SMEs for content delivery.
• Develop measurable outcomes and use analytics to improve learning effectiveness.
• Establish standards, templates and governance for learning content and taxonomy.
• Lead workshops and reviews; coach teams on learner-centred design and knowledge transfer.
