Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Instructional Multimedia Designer to join the Education team within Customer Success. You will transform complex concepts into engaging multimedia experiences that improve learner comprehension and product adoption.

Collaborate with Technical Education Developers, apply visual design principles, and leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate production while ensuring accessibility and quality. This role focuses on education, not marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience creating multimedia assets for learning or software environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and scalable design systems.
• Experience using AI-enabled workflows to improve design and production.

Responsibilities

• Create multimedia assets for learning experiences: videos, animations, graphics, templates.
• Collaborate with Education Developers to translate objectives into visuals.
• Apply visual design to improve clarity, engagement and retention.
• Produce and edit video-based learning content with captions and voiceovers.
• Develop reusable visual systems and templates for consistency.
