Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Change Manager to design, deliver, and oversee comprehensive training programs across high-volume operations. The role bridges client requirements with frontline execution, focusing on competency development and process proficiency to drive change adoption.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in WRA with prior management experience, and solid knowledge of ADDIE and Prosci/ADKAR frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years of WRA and at least 2 years of management experience.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) and change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR).
• Excellent verbal and written communication to translate client directives into floor-level habits.
• Data-driven: track learning metrics, post-training performance curves, and adoption KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and oversee training programs for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to map requirements and develop content (SOPs, modules).
• Measure readiness, adoption, and KPI impact; provide feedback loops across stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during client changes.
