Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Change Manager to design, deliver, and oversee comprehensive training programs. You will bridge client requirements with frontline execution, focusing on competency development, process proficiency, and successful change adoption in high-volume environments.

Key responsibilities include training needs assessments, content oversight, and change readiness while coordinating with client success, operations, and QA teams to ensure alignment and measurable

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick).
• Familiarity with change frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR).
• Strong verbal and written communication to translate client directives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and map competency gaps.
• Oversee content development: SOPs, modules, job aids.
• Measure change readiness and adoption via KPI performance and assessments.
• Coordinate with client success, operations, QA, and stakeholders to align training.
