Job summary

TaskUs, located in New Braunfels, Texas, seeks a Learning Experience Manager to design and expand training and development programs, ensuring alignment with product-specific methodologies. You will manage a team of Learning Experience Leaders and coordinate across site managers to deliver world-class training for teammates and future leaders.

The role requires five years of training experience and at least two years in management, with strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Five years of training experience required.
• Two years of management experience required.
• Two years of BPO experience preferred.
• Two years of technical support or emergency coordination experience.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training programs aligned with organizational initiatives.
• Lead a team of up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders as direct reports.
• Maintain training schedules for assigned sites and GEOs.
• Update rosters and job descriptions for learning roles.
• Interview and onboard new learning staff with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching and KPI targets for trainees and staff.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and Operations to optimize pipelines.
• Ensure safety and health training compliance across sites.
