Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Manager in New Braunfels, Texas, USA, with remote work up to 25% travel. You will design and expand training programs, coordinate onboarding for new hires, and lead a team of up to 8 Learning Experience Leaders to deliver world-class training across sites.

You will manage schedules, staffing, KPIs, and vendor resources while partnering with Recruiting and Operations to ensure a seamless pipeline-to-production cycle.

Qualifications

• Five years of previous training experience.
• Two years of previous management experience, preferably in the training or learning development space.
• Two years of previous BPO experience, preferably.
• Two years of previous technical support experience and/or emergency coordination, emergency response, or crisis management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a training schedule for respective sites and GEOs with daily transparency.
• Update rosters and interview and onboard learning experience staff.
• Set job expectations, grade performance, and develop staff through education and certifications.
• Observe staff, provide coaching, and deliver KPI-driven evaluations.
• Create training materials and methodologies; collaborate with Recruiting and Operations.
• Ensure safety and health training within the organization and manage resources.
