The ideal candidate has a four-year degree (preferred), strong Microsoft and Google applications skills, and a proactive, creative approach to engaging training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Problem solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product methodologies.
• Set standards and expectations; deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum and exams.
• Deliver technical preparatory training per enterprise needs.
• Develop and maintain training materials and induction programs.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with statutory training and e-learning.
• Research new technologies and present learning innovations.
