Job summary

Amy’s Kitchen is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer, Enterprise, to lead high-impact CI projects across the manufacturing network. You will apply structured problem-solving to improve Safety, Engagement, Delivery, Cost and Capacity, developing quantified business cases and coaching teams to adopt proven standards.

Role requires Lean and Six Sigma expertise, strong collaboration with plant leadership, and the ability to drive savings in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years related manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Lean manufacturing techniques—value stream mapping, one piece flow, problem solving, etc.
• Thorough understanding of Six Sigma concepts and tools and how they relate to minimizing process variability.

Responsibilities

• Lead plantwide projects that will create high impact, focusing on Safety, Engagement, Delivery, Cost and Capacity.
• Partner with CI Manager and plant leaders to identify and manage projects, providing updates to CI leadership.
• Demonstrate year-over-year savings mindset and track forecasted savings with leadership.
• Teach and mentor team members on CI tools and methodologies to spread best practices.
• Support MOS implementations and maintain cross-plant information sharing of gold standard processes.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Sanitation, Finance, Engineering and Operations to secure actions and validate improvements.
