Job summary

Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer, Enterprise to lead plantwide CI projects across its manufacturing network. You will apply lean and Six Sigma methods to improve safety, engagement, delivery, cost, capacity, and commercialization, translating strategy into actionable initiatives.

You will coach teams, document standard work, and foster the rollout of gold standard processes across plants, working with Finance to validate savings and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and related manufacturing experience.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing experience or training.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead plantwide projects focusing on safety, engagement, delivery, cost, and capacity.
• Identify and manage projects with CI Manager, plant leadership, and Plant Controller.
• Demonstrate a continuous savings mindset and report on forecasted savings.
• Mentor teams on lean/Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Support MOS implementations and cross-functional collaboration.
