Job summary

Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to support plant leadership and CI initiatives across its manufacturing network. You will apply structured problem-solving to boost safety, engagement, delivery, cost, capacity, and commercialization results.

You will develop quantified business cases, use plant data to find opportunities, and coach teams while documenting standard work and gold standard processes across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years related manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Thorough knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques (value stream mapping, one piece flow, problem solving).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma concepts and tools for process improvement.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams in CI.

Responsibilities

• Lead plantwide CI projects focusing on safety, engagement, delivery, cost, and capacity.
• Partner with CI Manager, plant leadership, and Plant Controller to identify and manage projects.
• Provide regular updates to Director, CI and escalate barriers as needed.
• Demonstrate proficiency in CI tools and mentor others in methodologies.
• Support MOS implementations and ensure sustained improvements across plants.
