Amy's Kitchen seeks a Process Improvement Engineer, Enterprise to lead plant-wide CI projects across the manufacturing network, applying structured problem-solving to improve safety, engagement, delivery, cost, and capacity. You will connect strategy to day-to-day execution by developing quantified business cases and leveraging plant data.

The role requires a technical Bachelor's degree and at least three years of manufacturing experience, with Lean and Six Sigma expertise and strong coaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical field from four-year college or university.
• Minimum three years related manufacturing experience.
• Detailed knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma concepts.

Responsabilités

• Lead plantwide projects that will create high impact across Safety, Employee Engagement, Delivery, Cost, and/or Capacity.
• Partner with CI Manager, plant leadership, and the Plant Controller to identify and be assigned projects; regularly update Director, CI and escalate barriers as needed.
• Demonstrate a year-over-year continuous savings mindset; attend regular reviews to measure savings and forecast future savings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in continuous improvement tools/methodologies and mentor others in their use.
• Participate in MOS implementations and ensure sustained improvements across locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and validate financial and operational benefits.
