Job summary

Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer, Enterprise to lead high-impact plantwide CI projects across the manufacturing network. You will apply lean principles, develop quantified business cases, and coach teams to sustain improvements using standard work and MOS.

Responsibilities include partnering with Plant leadership, delivering targeted savings, and aligning with finance to validate results while adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years related manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Certification in Lean and Six Sigma preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead plantwide projects focusing on Safety, Employee Engagement, Delivery, Cost and Capacity.
• Partner with CI Manager, plant leadership, and Plant Controller to identify and be assigned projects.
• Demonstrate year-over-year continuous savings mindset and report progress to leadership.
• Mentor teams in using MOS and other standard methodologies.
• Collaborate across departments to sustain improvements and share best practices.
• Support cost savings initiatives and ensure financial tracking of results.
