Job summary

Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer, Enterprise to drive CI initiatives across the manufacturing network. You will develop quantified business cases, use plant data to identify opportunities, and deliver repeatable project deliverables while coaching teams to adopt best practices.

Responsibilities include leading plantwide projects, collaborating with Finance and leadership, and maintaining cross-plant knowledge transfer to sustain cost savings and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years manufacturing experience.
• Strong lean and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plantwide projects focusing on safety, engagement, delivery, cost, and capacity.
• Partner with CI Manager, plant leadership, and Plant Controller to identify and manage projects.
• Demonstrate year-over-year continuous savings mindset and report savings.
• Teach and mentor others in CI tools and methodologies.
• Operate effectively in ambiguity and changing priorities with defined milestones.
