Job summary

Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer, Enterprise to drive manufacturing improvements across our network. You will lead plantwide projects focused on Safety, Employee Engagement, Delivery, Cost, Capacity, and commercialization performance.

The role involves developing quantified business cases, using plant data, coaching teams, and implementing gold-standard processes across locations to achieve scalable cost savings and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma.
• Strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plantwide CI projects delivering safety, engagement, delivery, cost and capacity improvements.
• Develop quantified business cases and validate results with Finance.
• Coach teams, document standard work, and spread gold-standard processes across plants.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and cross-plant information sharing.
