Job summary

Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer, Enterprise to lead plantwide continuous improvement projects across the manufacturing network. You will apply structured problem solving to improve safety, engagement, delivery, cost, capacity, and commercialization performance.

You will coach teams, develop quantified business cases, and collaborate with Finance to validate results, while documenting standard work and sharing gold‑standard processes across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years related manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead plantwide CI projects delivering safety, engagement, delivery, cost, and capacity improvements.
• Collaborate with CI Manager, Plant Controller, and leadership to identify and execute projects.
• Drive year-over-year cost savings and maintain a portfolio of active initiatives.
• Mentor teams on CI tools and ensure standard methods are adopted across plants.
• Support MOS implementations and ensure measurable financial outcomes.
