Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer, Enterprise to lead plantwide continuous improvement projects across our manufacturing network. You will apply structured problem solving to improve safety, engagement, delivery, cost, capacity, and commercialization performance.

You will develop quantified business cases, use plant data, and collaborate with Finance to validate results, while coaching teams and documenting standard work across locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (BS) in technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years related manufacturing experience and/or training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plantwide projects focused on Safety, Engagement, Delivery, Cost, and Capacity.
• Collaborate with CI Manager, Plant leadership, and Plant Controller to identify and manage projects.
• Demonstrate continuous savings mindset with regular reviews of savings targets.
• Teach and mentor team members on CI tools and methodologies.
• Support MOS implementations and ensure measurable financial results.
