Job summary

Amy's Kitchen is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer, Enterprise to drive plant‑level CI initiatives across the manufacturing network. You will identify opportunities, develop quantified business cases, and deliver validated cost savings while coaching teams and standardizing best practices across sites.

Requires Lean/Six Sigma expertise, strong coaching ability, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, high‑priority environment with travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field from a four‑year college or university.
• Minimum three years related manufacturing experience and/or training.
• Lean and Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
• Excellent teaching, coaching and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead plantwide projects improving Safety, Engagement, Delivery, Cost and Capacity.
• Partner with CI Manager, plant leadership, and Plant Controller on projects.
• Deliver target savings; provide regular updates to leadership.
• Teach and mentor teammates on CI tools and methods.
• Support MOS implementations and cross‑plant knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Finance, Engineering, Operations to sustain improvements.
